It`s politics and the business does have an any relation definitely it have.. Many people might be deprecating on this. What does the politic mean to you? Think!  Many of the people think it`s a dirty game but I don`t think so different people have a different perception to seen a thing .Well here I am taking about the politic and a relation between the management.   well!   Well! There is a direct relation between the politic and the management. People might be addled in my view. Those who say they don`t like politic are making them self  fool bcoz a road in which you walk is due to politic, the way you live is due to politic.

Politic are of two type one where a politic is done for welfare of the people,  

Now let’s talk about the politic and the management relation there is a direct relation between the politic and the management. As we first understand a management what does it stand for? did u think that a management had started after only the abstract principle of management had discover no it`s not ? That management had a grip root from our ancestor even when a human beings were not fully develop a people used to manage their  life.  As a civilization has increase the people  had develop a new idea of controlling a thing “if somebody asked me what does  management mean to you my answer will be “management is a process which arrange in a logical order a  plan to achieved a goal ‘’

Management has a basic five function planning organizing directing controlling. Let’s put a little bit pressure in a brain think where is a planning must required  I think it need in politic a political leader must be a very strategically cop up with challenges they come in a way. He had to forecast for a future what type of economy does he want for a country what are the problem he will going to face in a future due to the economical fluctuation in the international market  .

Lets’ talk about the organization, a proper administration is the essence for any organization so it also required for government a well administrated government can be more success example are there like Gujarat Bihar and many other country. Where there is a good governance administration follow   country had lead towards the success. a right person in a right place should be appoint in a government administration . it should e governed by the proper authority and accountability should  be specify  must of the time  staff does not perform the task because they don’t have a accountability.

Now come to the point both government and the organization had a same propose is to increase a wealth. In broader sense we can say that a government needs a lots of MBA`S then any private organisation .  Any business school teaches a student   to make a quick decision taking a leadership make a way in difficult period. everything required in leader it has in manager
